The texture was great. It was nice to have a spatula-like applicator... After using this product, my cheeks became red and irritated. When I cleansed with a cleansing foam or natural soap, it stung terribly. Even exudates from sores spread all over my face, and I had to wash with just water. **This item has turned my skin into a sensitive one, and the issue hasn't gone away for 3 years now ㅜㅜ - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinApr 11, 2017
I usually have a lot of skin troubles and my makeup tends to come off easily, so I decided to purchase this product! I wanted to do some light exfoliation on my skin. It applies smoothly and absorbs well. However, it doesn't have a strong fragrance and has a slight medicinal smell. I don't mind it at all though - it kind of gives me a sense of being treated, you know? The moisturizing effect also seems quite good. I only apply it before bed, and there are times when I don't even use a separate moisturizer and just go to sleep with this. But I'd recommend others to apply a moisturizer as well before bed. I'd recommend this to those with combination skin that's prone to dryness, like myself. When I have breakouts, this helps calm them down by the next day. It's quite strange, but it works! Those with sensitive skin may need to be cautious, as it contains AHA ingredients... If you have any wounds, peeled skin, or areas that sting after cleansing, applying this can be extremely irritating. I wouldn't recommend using this on very thin, delicate skin. I've heard that people with aspirin allergies and pregnant women should avoid using this. I'd also suggest not using it during the day. Use it cautiously and with care. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 22, 2017
The product seems to have good moisturizing properties as I've been using it. When I first used it, it stung a bit, and I thought it might help with my acne, but even after using it for about 2 weeks, it continued to feel irritating and my face remained red. By the 3rd week, my skin had completely flipped out. I bought it because people on Facebook said it was good, but it had no effect on my acne whatsoever. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinFeb 23, 2017
My skin really goes through extreme changes during the seasonal transitions. This year, it's been particularly bad with cystic acne and closed comedones all over - I've got them on my forehead, and my cheeks and chin still have some cystic acne, but it's improving a lot. And my skin is so incredibly dry, it's become really flaky. Makeup applies well and my face has a nice glow to it. I really hope the acne continues to get better. At first, it stung a bit. Applying it consistently has built up my tolerance, so it feels fine now, but on sensitive days, it still feels warm and makes my cheeks red. And because I can't control the amount well, using too much makes me uncomfortable when I'm trying to sleep. Since it's a nighttime product, I cleanse my face, immediately spritz on the mist, let it absorb, then use a toner-soaked cotton pad to smooth out my skin texture. After that, I apply the Badekassel and let it sink in, then mist my face again. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 1, 2017
In the evening, when I apply it and wake up the next morning, my previously rough skin feels smooth and soft, and my makeup applies well. I've also tried the original, but since my skin is lacking in moisture, the Sera3 suits me much better. At first, it stings a little. Since it's in a jar, I have to scoop it out with a spatula, and it's a bit of a hassle to disinfect it with an alcohol swab while using it... When using it for the first time, use only a small amount, and if there's no stinging, you can increase the amount. Sometimes, there are tiny pimples that appear on my forehead, like seeds have been planted, and if I apply more to my forehead in the evening and sleep, the pimples are significantly reduced the next day. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinDec 20, 2016
It's cool and helps lower the temperature. The advertisements are very abundant and easy to come across. My skin flipped over and hurt, so I got in trouble. It stung and I thought it was stupidly getting better, but I went to the dermatologist and got treated. I strongly do not recommend it - mild is best for acne-prone skin. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinNov 9, 2016
If you sleep well after applying it properly, your skin will feel smoother, and the oil and dead skin around your nose will significantly decrease. The makeup also absorbs well, so I always make sure to apply the product the night before an important day. Since the product helps dissolve dead skin, it sometimes feels itchy or stinging, and it has an oily texture, so if you apply too much, you may even get pimples. :( It's best to apply it generously on areas that tend to have a lot of dead skin, like the forehead, nose, and around the lips, and just a little bit on the other parts. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinOct 24, 2016
It completely clears up small acne and when you wake up, your skin feels soft and smooth, which is very satisfying. After applying it, there is a stinging sensation, but it actually feels like something is being treated, so I'm not sure if that should be considered a downside... - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinOct 10, 2016
When I wake up, the redness has subsided a lot and my skin feels so smooth. Even if I skip a day of using it, I feel uncomfortable ㅠㅠ There is a slight stinging sensation when I apply it and go to sleep, but it's bearable. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 25, 2016
When I wake up, my skin feels noticeably softer!! It's a bit oily But the stinging sensation when applying it is, you know, a good kind of stinging for the skin..haha
