I've been using Dr. Jart+ products exclusively for over three years, and my skin has transformed from acne-prone to just slightly oily. (I use the entire Cicapair line!) The brightening moisturizer, in particular, is unbeatable compared to other brands. It doesn't pill like dead skin cells and evens out my complexion naturally!
Since it's a brightening moisturizer, you should apply concealer afterward. And the packaging... I wish Dr. Jart+ would spend less on packaging and increase the product volume instead. Sigh.
