I have both Lanvin Me and Lanvin Me L'Eau. I own all Lanvin fragrances except Jeanne Couture and Éclat Fleur. I'm not particularly a Lanvin fan, but I bought them one by one due to their popularity. Interestingly, while Me L'Eau is famous, Me doesn't have many reviews. Let me compare the two scents: Both are 50ml. While Me L'Eau has good longevity, Me is superior in this aspect. To be honest, Lanvin fragrances generally have poor staying power. The ones with relatively good longevity are Me, Me L'Eau, and Jeanne Couture. I haven't bought Jeanne Couture yet as it's not my style, but I'll use my birthday discount and review it later. The scent of Me L'Eau (pink) is perfect for women in their early to late 20s. It's sweet yet fresh. Although it can be a bit strong when first applied due to its good longevity, it's really lovely. I would repurchase. Me (orange) looks intense from its color alone! It's very strong, and the scent is really concentrated. It's more suited for career women in their 30s. I don't use it often, but due to its excellent longevity, I lightly spray it on my wrists and clothes. It lingers subtly until I leave work. It has even better staying power than Me L'Eau. (While Me L'Eau is good, when compared, Me's stronger scent leaves a subtle trace even after work. But I don't overapply in the morning, just a light spray or two.)
The ingredients are really not good, which is true for other perfumes too. I used to spray behind my ears, but nowadays I avoid applying it there or on my wrists. At some point, I noticed that after applying perfume (not just this one, but all perfumes), the skin felt bumpy to the touch. Since it's behind the ear, it's a spot I can't see. I think it's because of the poor ingredients. So now, I only spray perfume on my clothes, wrists, or legs, and occasionally once above my head.
