Pros
I've been using skincare products from here, so I also purchased the cleansing foam! I received samples as well and tried the samples first. The granules seem to have a mild exfoliating effect, and the foam lathers well. The finish feels refreshing! The oil also seems to be removed well, so the cleansing power is not bad.
Cons
When my skin is sensitive, the granules might feel irritating... And do I really need to spend this much on a cleansing foam? After using it for a few days, it does seem suitable for summer use, but I'm not sure I want to invest 34,000 won in it. Even if I buy it online, it's still around 27,000 won, which is a burden. For example, if I compare it to the Witch's Factory cleansing foam, the original price is 20,000 won, but I can buy it online for around 6,000 won. The cleansing is very thorough~~ A small amount produces a lot of lather, which is great.
Cons
Since it's a tube container, it's hard to check how much is left, so I'll have to cut open the tube and use the remaining product later. It's not a thick, creamy type, but if I cut it open, there will be quite a bit left.

I've been using this brand's products for about 2-3 years because I like the brand. The cleansing power seems good too.. And I was able to get a free cleansing foam by saving up points. But....

I've had consistent trouble. I didn't know the reason.. Severe cystic acne, whiteheads, all over my face.. I went to a dermatologist but there was no improvement ㅠㅠ Looking at the ingredients, I think I understand why.. About 2 hours after cleansing, there's oil on my forehead and nose..;; I have oily, acne-prone skin. I'm not sure if it was because of this product, but I'm trying to change my skincare one by one, I first switched just the cleanser to Hwahae, and in 3 days my whiteheads came back.. I used to use: 1st - Banila Co. Clean It Zero 2nd - Biotherm Cleansing Foam (morning only) Now I'm using: 1st - Bioderma Sensibio Cleansing Water 2nd - Innisfree Jeju Sea Salt 40% Morning - Innisfree Blueberry (slightly acidic) I've been using the new 1st cleanser for about a week, and the rest for 4 days.
Tip
When you buy Biotherm products, they give you points that you can exchange for products at the end of the year~ The lowest item you can get with the points is the cleansing foam~ I, for one, will never use that again..;;
