✔The packaging is cute. ✔It's a creamy product, so when you apply it, the flakiness on your lips subsides. The whitening effect is reduced. ✔It's like a lip balm + lip gloss. It has a shimmery finish and a light pink tint, giving a lively feel. ✔It has a sweet strawberry scent when applied. I don't really notice it after application. ✔It doesn't seem to run out quickly even with use. ✔There are some lip products that make your lips feel dry after application, but this one doesn't make my lips feel that way.

The scent was quite pleasant, and the slightly tacky texture meant it didn't dry out quickly, which was great as it kept my lips feeling moisturized for a long time.
Cons
It was a shame that the attached wooden applicator (?) was easily lost.
Tip
Using the wooden applicator to gently massage the lip balm onto my lips helps remove lip flakes without causing any pain or bleeding.
