Pros

Even if you only use natural product shampoos, your hair can become stiff, so a conditioner seems essential. Compared to other natural conditioners, this natural conditioner makes the hair relatively soft. It may vary depending on the hair condition. My hair is extremely dry and in poor condition. I can't have perfect expectations, but I'm reasonably satisfied. The fragrance seems to have a hint of cinnamon to my nose. It's not bad, but the natural fragrance doesn't last long and soon disappears.

Cons

It would be nice if just using one shampoo could make the hair soft... It's inconvenient that you have to use two things, shampoo and conditioner, and it also seems economically burdensome to have to buy the conditioner separately.
