I've been using this product consistently for over two months, and it has definitely improved my skin tone, making it brighter. The dark spots have also faded, and I've seen significant improvements in my skin. What I like most is the comfortable wear - I can wear it while watching TV, doing dishes, and it doesn't come off or feel loose. I don't think having a lot of essence in a sheet mask is necessarily a good thing.
