As someone with sensitive skin, this product works really well for me.
I tried it as a Korean cosmetic alternative since I live in Europe, and I was reassured by the ingredients.
I've used it for three bottles now.
Here, I was able to purchase it online for 20,000-30,000 won, and I'm glad I bought and used it.
The packaging is also hygienic and reassuring.

It's a bit too light to use in the winter, so you'll need to apply a moisturizer on top.

It's light and gentle, making it suitable for sensitive skin! I'm on my 6th bottle.

Before I found this, I couldn't find anything that would stick to my skin whenever it was super sensitive. 
I have sensitive and combination skin,
and usually the sensitive skin products are either oily and for dry skin, or they've stripped all the oil for oily skin, so it's hard to find such a product in Korea.

If you have oily, combination skin that's also sensitive, 
you should definitely try this!!
But for me, I find it a bit lacking in moisture, so I use it with a gentle essence or toner. The oiliness is fine everywhere except around the edges of my mouth.

There's nothing bad about it! I can only hope it doesn't get discontinued.

During the time when my skin was sensitive, I first encountered this holy grail product at a European pharmacy and I don't even know how many bottles I went through. I'm not lying, I kept repurchasing it for 4 years straight.
Nowadays, my skin condition has improved, so I've been using it as a maintenance product. But when I was struggling with milia or sensitive skin, I could feel it calming my skin right after applying it.

There's nothing particularly special about it, it's quite ordinary. For those with dry skin, it would likely be better to use it as a dry skin product. As someone who is quite sensitive to seasonal changes, I sometimes felt it was lacking. It's a bit disappointing that you can't see how much product is left.

The container helps minimize air contact, which is great. The spreadability and absorbency are all good, and I didn't experience any breakouts while using it. It feels more like a product that prevents further skin troubles rather than just calming already irritated skin.

Even if you don't have sensitive skin, this is a bit of a hit-or-miss, so I'd recommend just using a different cream instead.

I'm not usually sensitive, and have never had any issues with breakouts or allergies from using different products. But after using this product, I experienced small bumps (like milia) all over my skin for the first two days. They weren't red or painful, but I could feel the uneven texture. After thoroughly cleansing and using a centella serum and B5 cream to soothe it, the bumps subsided. From reading reviews, it seems I'm not the only one who had this reaction. Even my friend, who can usually use any product, had a similar experience. The ingredient list seems quite minimal and gentle, so I'm curious to know what exactly caused this milia-like reaction. It's supposed to be for sensitive skin, but I'm disappointed, as I trusted the Eucerin urea line to be effective.

The spreadability and texture are excellent, as the formulation is mainly water-based.

Small bumps start appearing, and a few blemishes begin to form.
There is a fair amount of oil production.

I barely found a moisturizer that doesn't sting, as all of them seem to be irritating.
