  Pros

  Feels like it firms and hydrates the face. Great for winter use. Gives a slight brightening effect to the complexion.

  Cons

  As I have combination skin, it causes excessive sebum production on my nose. When used with makeup, it leads to significant pilling.

  Tip

  Use after toner, followed by day cream

  Pros

  I received this as a gratis from the dermatologist's office. It's moisturizing and absorbs well. The fragrance is also pleasant.

  Cons

  It takes a while to sink in. If you want to apply makeup, you have to wait quite some time for it to absorb completely, otherwise it causes pilling.

  Tip

  However, it does take a bit longer to fully absorb, which can lead to pilling when applying makeup products.

  Pros

  As someone with sensitive combination skin, I'm usually cautious about trying new products. However, I decided to purchase this night cream set from a home shopping channel due to its promising ingredients. I'm pleased to report that it absorbs well and feels good on application. So far, I haven't experienced any blemishes or irritation.

  Cons

  The pilling is incredible, and not in a good way. It makes my makeup separate completely. I found the day cream even worse for pilling than the night cream. As a result, I only apply a tiny amount in the morning. Although it's marketed as a firming cream, I end up using it more like a basic hydrating moisturizer.
