  Pros

  I received this as a gift and tried it out. It's a highly concentrated cream, so you should only apply a thin layer 2-3 times a week, and only at night. It's said to be effective for wrinkle improvement.

  Cons

  I didn't realize it at first, but I think I made a mistake by mixing this retinol cream with other skincare products. When I combined it with a vitamin C oil, that area became red, itchy, and dry.

  Tip

  The cream should be applied very thinly and only at night, and it shouldn't be mixed with other products. I deeply regret not checking the reviews on Hwahae earlier. I wish I had read them before using it.

  First off, you can really feel the improvement in your skin the next day after applying it! I didn't experience any blemishes. You only need to spread a thin layer, so the product lasts a long time. I suppose that's another positive point, if you think about it.

  Cons

  The application process is quite finicky. As someone with extremely dry skin, using this alone leaves my skin feeling parched.

  Tip

  It's crucial to apply this only in the evening, and in a thin layer. They say you should avoid sunlight when using it. Also, make sure to cleanse your skin thoroughly afterwards.

  Pros

  I have combination dehydrated skin that's sensitive and prone to blemishes, but using this hasn't made me think my acne is getting worse. In fact, it seems to be gradually diminishing. I apply a thin layer about three times a week before bed, mixing a small amount with my moisturizer. As time goes on, my skin appears to be getting smoother. I'm quite satisfied with the results.

  To be honest, the ingredients aren't exactly top-notch, which makes me a bit apprehensive.

  Pros

  If you apply this really thinly, when you wake up the next day, your skin stays well-hydrated and your complexion looks amazing! I bought it while on vacation in Guam because I heard it was popular. As long as you control the amount well, it's truly a great product.

  Cons

  Ugh... controlling the amount is really difficult. If you don't get it right, you can end up with blemishes. Also, it's so thick that it's hard to spread on your face. It's so challenging to control the amount that I'm not even considering repurchasing.

  Tip

  You need to apply it thinking about using as little as possible and spreading it very thinly! If you feel like it's spreading easily, you're probably using too much. You should apply a small amount that feels a bit thick. Otherwise, if you have sensitive + oily or combination skin like me, you might end up with blemishes.
