  Pros

  As someone with dry skin, I was pleasantly surprised by how moisturizing this product is, despite being from a cover line! The color range seems well-chosen too - not too intense, but rather subtle? It feels like it evens out the skin texture nicely.

  Cons

  For a cover line product, the coverage isn't exceptionally high. It seems to only even out some patchy areas. I don't think it would work well for those with oily skin. When used alone, it doesn't wear off in a particularly flattering way.

  Tip

  Using a cream blush instead of a powder one gives a nice, blended look! Also, if you set it with powder and a fixer, it lasts longer and doesn't break down as easily.

  Pros

  Coverage: Excellent Application: Smooth Longevity: Good As someone with oily skin that lacks hydration, this was the first cushion foundation I settled on. It provides sufficient coverage for minor blemishes and applies well even on dry skin!

  Cons

  For my oily skin with a dark reddish tone but no major blemishes, the main drawback was its slightly weak staying power, which led to some patchiness and fading.

  This version has better coverage and adheres to the skin better than the previous one. The shade also matched my skin tone perfectly.

  Cons

  It's too moisturizing for summer use, I wouldn't recommend it. My hair kept sticking to my face.

  Pros

  I used to use the VDL Metal Cushion, but this one seems to apply more moisturizing and naturally. With proper application, you can achieve a smooth skin appearance.

  Cons

  I've heard many people say their skin looks flaky when wearing this in the beginning. It might be a product that requires an adjustment period. Also, the staying power isn't that great...

  Pros

  I have combination skin that gets dry in the U-zone during fall and winter. This product is nicely hydrating, making it perfect for those seasons. It provides natural coverage and is conveniently portable, so I often use it for touch-ups!

  Cons

  With my typical oily T-zone and dry U-zone, I find myself needing frequent touch-ups when I apply this in the morning. Especially in summer, my makeup quickly melts due to excess oil, so I switched to a different foundation and only carried this for touch-ups.

  Tip

  If you have combination skin, use this just for touch-ups in summer! In fall and winter, it's great for a light and hydrating application.

  First off, I was pleased with the full coverage it provided. The staying power wasn't bad either, in my experience.

  Cons

  Because it offers such good coverage, it tends to make your makeup look a bit heavy. Having switched from a natural look to this more covering foundation, I can definitely feel it's much heavier on the skin...

  Pros

  The coverage is pretty good, and my skin is super sensitive, so usually when I use most cushions, my skin breaks out the next day. But with this one, there's no reaction, which is great! The adherence is also good, and it doesn't look cakey. I really recommend it!

  Cons

  The price is quite steep. The color is a bit too yellow. I wouldn't recommend it for those with extremely dry skin.

  Tip

  You know those areas where acne scars have left dark spots? Just dab a bit of this cushion on those spots with a cotton swab, and the blemishes become practically invisible!

  Pros

  As someone with oily skin, I was hesitant at first, but after using it for a while, I've grown to really like it. Sure, my skin still produces oil quickly, but surprisingly, my makeup doesn't break down badly. Even with a bit of shine, it keeps me looking radiant and pretty. Unexpectedly, it conceals pores well and somehow makes my skin look healthier.

  Cons

  I use shade 23, but it's not particularly dark. It's more like forced brightening makeup! Despite having 'cover' in its name, it barely conceals any blemishes.

  I think it's great! It provides good coverage and it's really good for my skin.

  Cons

  It has a bit of an odor, which is disappointing. Also, it feels a bit heavy, so it's not ideal for frequent touch-ups. On the bright side, at least it doesn't dry out my skin.
