Pros
I bought a product that is suitable for sensitive skin and doesn't cause irritation, but it doesn't seem to remove my foundation very well. So I've been using it with another foam cleanser.

Cons
I usually like that squeaky-clean feeling, but this product feels a bit slippery. While it does make my skin feel smoother, I'm not sure if it's really cleaning well. The lather also doesn't seem to build up much, so I have to pump a lot to use it. I think it's best for a light morning cleanse, but for removing makeup and doing a deeper cleanse, it doesn't seem to work as well.

Pros
Before, I used an irritating facial cleanser, so the previous product was right for me. It wasn't irritating, was gentle, and didn't tighten my skin. So as soon as I switched to this product, my facial troubles started to clear up. It seems that for sensitive and dry skin types, cleansing properly from the start is really important.
Cons
When I first used it, I wasn't sure if this was really cleansing my skin. There's less foaming and that squeaky-clean feeling isn't there. I'd recommend this to those with dry or sensitive skin types.
Tip
When cleansing, I don't even use oil. Because of my skin troubles, I always wash my hands first, then thoroughly remove eye and lip makeup with a mild eye and lip remover before foam cleansing. I cleanse with lukewarm water and though the foam isn't abundant, I make sure to massage it in well. Then I always finish with a cold water rinse. For sensitive skin types, I'd recommend using cold water instead of lukewarm. Lukewarm water, cold water, lukewarm water, cold water - three times each.

Pros
You can try it on your face, and if it doesn't suit you, you can use it for your body or as a hair wash. It contains a lot of conditioning ingredients.
Cons
The product has good ingredients and seems similar in texture to the Paulas Choice Clear Cleanser, so I had high expectations. However, the usage experience is too slippery for me. Even though I've been using a mild acidic cleanser on my face for over 8 years and can tolerate a certain level of slipperiness, this one feels like it's not properly cleansing the impurities. It's like rubbing a lot of conditioner on my face and then rinsing it off, leaving an unpleasant feeling. I tried to continue using it, but from the 5th day, I started getting a lot of whiteheads and closed comedones. It seems to leave the sebum behind without properly cleansing, similar to the Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser, but with added foam and fragrance. I would absolutely not recommend this to anyone with troubled or combination/oily skin. And when I tried using the remaining product to wash my hair, it made my hair extremely soft and smooth, which made me realize the product has too many hair conditioning ingredients, likely causing the skin issues. Now I'm only using it as a body wash, which is a shame considering the high price I paid for it.
