To be honest, it barely has any curling power... Since Step 1 is liquid, it makes your curled lashes droop when applied. There's no volume effect, and it doesn't lengthen your lashes either... (so much to say, but I'll refrain)

Step 1 is a thin liquid mascara with a fine brush, making it super easy to apply to the lower lashes! As for Step 2, well... it's just incredibly average.

For best results, start by beautifully curling your lashes with an eyelash curler. Then, apply the thicker part of the brush to your upper lashes about twice. Use the thinner brush to gently touch up any clumped areas, as if you're separating the lashes. This technique prevents clumping and ensures a beautiful application!

The product dries faster than expected, so if you brush too much, it can clump. You need to apply it quickly, within 1-2 strokes.

After curling with an eyelash curler, I apply the thicker brush to the upper lashes and the thinner one to the lower lashes. It goes on so beautifully that I want to repurchase when I run out! I love tinting, so I bought the pink-brown shade. The color is perfect, and it makes my lashes look so much longer, giving me a delicate and pretty appearance!

I didn't experience any issues, but I wouldn't recommend this to those who prefer a more dramatic, noticeable effect!

Color: The shade itself is a standout feature. It's hard to find a pink-brown, but this one strikes the perfect balance - a harmonious blend of brown with a subtle pink undertone. It's ideal for creating a feminine, delicate look.

Staying power: It doesn't smudge easily. You'll need an eye makeup remover to take it off, which is great for those of us prone to smudging! I usually have issues with mascara fibers falling onto my lower lashes (I have long, full lower lashes), but with this one, only a couple of fibers fall even after hours of wear.

Brush: At first glance, it might seem like there's not enough product on the brush, but once you apply it, it coats each lash individually without clumping.

Performance: It seems to offer a good balance of length and volume. If I had to choose, I'd say it excels more at lengthening. Multiple coats add length without clumping. With careful application, it creates a natural look as if you were blessed with long, full lashes.

I've been using this consistently since I first bought it in 2017. (Interestingly, comparing photos from 2017 to recent ones, the design hasn't changed, but the tube color is slightly different.) I'm already on my third tube and have one stocked up. If you're after an intensely black mascara, this might not satisfy you. However, if you want lashes that look subtly longer and more defined, I highly recommend this.

There are only a few color options available. The pink-brown shade is essentially just a dark brown. The brush for step 2 tends to clump up comparatively.

Since steps 1 and 2 are connected, using both will thoroughly apply mascara to the upper and lower lashes. When in a hurry, step 2 alone can be used without issue. It does not smear easily (even when crying).

When applying Step 2 as well, there was a bit of a clumping feeling.

The product has Step 1 and Step 2 together, and Step 1 acts as a fixer, so you don't need to buy a separate fixer.
 If you want to apply it naturally, just applying the fixer alone is fine. The pink-brown color is not too strong and has a delicate feel to it.
