It can be used as a black tint to define the hairline. It can also be used before applying eyelash mascara. Make sure to brush it off once before using! For those who have trouble drawing their eyebrows or have sparse hair, it's easy to use with a light sweep. When you want to be more precise, try using a spoolie brush to groom while applying.

The price seems a bit high. The bottle feels heavy, so it's not very portable to carry around. If you don't brush it off lightly before applying, there is some powder fallout.
