It works great when I use it as a foam cleanser after my water-based cleanser to remove sunscreen, a light layer of foundation, and a bit of powder. It removes makeup effectively and leaves my skin feeling hydrated. A gentle gel-type cleanser, perfect for use after light makeup. As someone with dry skin prone to dead skin cells, this works well for me without causing irritation. There's no tightness after cleansing, it lathers nicely, and when bought directly, it's only about $6-7. I stock up on it, use it as gifts, and use it myself. It's great for daily use without any worries. Eucerin is good quality, but it's a shame it's not as well-known considering its value - I'm a fan! Being a gentle type, its cleansing effectiveness isn't particularly strong. If you're looking for that squeaky clean feeling, I'd recommend something else.
