Since my skin is not particularly sensitive to tea tree, I didn't experience any worsening or exacerbation of my troubles. Likely due to the good ingredients, when I apply it during breakout periods, it seems to help. However, it's absolutely not the case that my troubles disappear overnight - that's just not possible with any cosmetic product. The biggest plus point is that the amount is generous and the price is great. I'm sure you all know that buying from iHerb is a good idea.
ConsThe absorption is very poor. If you switch from using a regular cream to this, at first you'll be like, 'Huh? What's going on?' and your face will look like an egg ghost (haha). But if you keep patting it in, it'll work out. Compared to other products, the spreadability is definitely inferior.
TipDuring periods when my skin is sensitive and breaking out a lot, applying a small amount and gently patting it in works well for me. When my skin is irritated, I'm too scared to use anything else, so I just use this. Oh, and since this contains tea tree, after fully absorbing it, my skin does get a bit oily. But my skin underneath feels dry. So for those with very dry skin, I'd recommend using a good toner or essence first to properly hydrate your face before applying this.

Even in the summer, I rely on lip balm and don't go to bed without applying Vaseline on my lips, as I suffer from severe dryness that causes my lips to crack. At the same time, my skin is an oily mess, like an oil-producing country. In the summer, no matter what moisturizing cream I tried, it would always feel too greasy. But when I started using this product, I didn't get a single pimple for the two months I used it. The occasional pimples that did pop up didn't escalate and went away quickly. At first, it was a bit concerning how difficult it was to apply, but the absorption and lack of stickiness are completely unrelated. (As of August/September) It doesn't leave my skin dehydrated or sticky, and it absorbs incredibly well without affecting my makeup.
ConsFor my severely dehydrated yet oily skin, this is a great summer option. I used this product exclusively for July and August, and it was my perfect match. But as soon as the cool autumn winds started blowing, I started feeling that familiar tightness again. So now I'm on the hunt for an additional essence or ampoule to layer. This is a great summer or spring-summer-fall option for oily, dehydrated skin types.
TipWhen you have a breakout, don't bother with other masks or treatments. Just slather this on generously and go to bed. The next morning, you'll see your angry pimple has lost its power.

When I apply it before my menstrual period, it helps calm the acne that pops up. I applied it to a middle school student with inflammatory acne, and it calmed it down dramatically. Even the yellowish pimples with pus went away (did they burst overnight??!!). Some people say it's heavy to use before makeup, but I feel like it absorbs well and makes my makeup look less oily and more matte. However, propolis or honey makes my skin react right away, but tea tree was fine. The price!!!! It's cheap. Extremely cheap. The quantity is a lot.
ConsThe spreadability is terrible. If I keep rolling it on all day, I start to feel like my face is not my face, but my hands are the ones eating it. The smell is a strong tea tree scent (but it reads like petroleum smell, ugh). The tea tree is a bit irritating, so there's a slightly stinging or burning sensation. However, it doesn't make my face completely flip out.
TipApply it slowly and gently over a long period of time. If you don't, you might find the cream has clumped up and turned whitish on your eyebrows and various parts of your face.
