No wonder it stings and pills when I apply it... Checking Hwahae, I see it's a product not worth using... I'll have to throw it away... It stings, pills, and the fragrance is overwhelmingly strong.. Just toss it - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinOct 10, 2018
The aluminum tube keeps air out, making it hygienic. I think they mentioned it's patented in Switzerland? They claim it fills wrinkles like a filler. I was swayed by the host's persuasive pitch. The price is really affordable though. Oh no, I bought this without checking Hwahae first, and the ingredients are terrible. I'm torn between using it or just throwing it away. Instead of buying from home shopping, if you get it from social commerce sites, it's less than 10,000 won per tube. - qh*******Combination SkinAcne SkinSep 13, 2018
It absorbs well and has a nice, rich texture. The scent is pleasant. After application, it produces a lot of excess oil. This caused my blemishes to flare up. However, since older people generally have less oily skin than younger folks, it might be good for hydration when used by seniors. I didn't see any effect on wrinkles though. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSep 12, 2018
* The only positive thing is that it contains hyaluronic acid * No anti-aging effects / Causes skin irritation * A product I strongly discourage using as it has zero effect on wrinkles but irritates the skin. The regular price is shockingly high * If you're looking for anti-aging effects and have resilient skin, consider getting a Stiev-A prescription from a dermatologist or buying Retin-A when abroad. For those with sensitive skin, focus on strengthening your skin barrier first. This will help prevent wrinkles in the long run. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAug 10, 2018
I've only used it a couple of times so far... Despite having super sensitive skin, I didn't experience any blemishes or tingling. It seems great for dry skin. When applying, it feels like it's pilling a bit like an ointment, but after it's on, my makeup goes on smoothly. I heard it had excellent effects for wrinkle improvement, so I bought it to use at night... But it contains UV protection ingredients, and I'm not sure if it's okay to use at night. There's no way to inquire about this, and the customer service line is disconnected. After purchasing, I checked the ingredients here and found 10 potentially problematic ones, which makes me a bit uneasy... It would be fine if not for that... Make sure to hydrate well before applying - drink 2 glasses of water. They say it absorbs moisture quickly, which is good for the skin. - ki*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAug 4, 2018
First off, it's in a tube, which is hygienic. When applied in moderation, it's nicely hydrating and makeup goes on well over it. Maybe it's because I have super sensitive skin, but it stings and burns around my eyes. I accidentally got some in my eye, and now it's constantly red and watery. The absorption time is a bit long, so you need to be careful with the amount you apply before putting on makeup. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJul 31, 2018
First off, the scent wasn't unpleasant, and I liked the texture - it was nice and firm. The toothpaste-like packaging seemed hygienic. The regular price is apparently 154,000 won, but I was happy to snag it for less on WeMakePrice. I bought this for its anti-wrinkle claims, but when I checked the ingredients on the Hwahae app... I've never seen a cosmetic product with so many potentially harmful ingredients. Ironically, parabens can actually cause wrinkles. I think I'll have to stop using it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedJul 30, 2018
Bought it because it combines two steps into one application It tends to pill like organic products, maybe because I apply too much. After rubbing it in continuously, there's a slight warming sensation, but it seems to tighten pores a bit, so I'm somewhat satisfied. However, I've heard a lot of concerns about the ingredients... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinOct 13, 2015
As someone with combination skin - oily T-zone and dry U-zone - I love that this doesn't make my face excessively greasy. It absorbs well too. While I'll need to use it longer to see wrinkle improvement, it creates a great base for makeup! On days when my skin isn't at its best, it sometimes doesn't absorb as well. On those days, I just apply a smaller amount. I only use this in the morning, along with an essence toner. Just these two products seem to keep the rich feeling minimal. Even a small amount prevents dryness. When my complexion isn't at its best, I adjust and apply even less.
