When washing out hair products, thoroughly wet your hair with lukewarm water, then massage with conditioner to dissolve the products before shampooing. This helps remove residue completely. Finish with another round of conditioner for extra coating.

The conditioner seems to lack its inherent coating function a bit. I'm not sure of the exact cause, but after using it, the nape of my neck gets a little itchy.

It's incredibly gentle, and I love that it doesn't cause any blemishes on my forehead like other brands' products do.
