Pros
There wasn't anything particularly good about it. In my case, I only had acne on my chin, so I applied it to my whole face, but my cheeks and forehead were fine.
Cons
I was expecting a rose hip scent, but it was just an oil scent. Most importantly, I bought it because of my chin acne, but after applying it, my face broke out even more. When I tried applying it again in a calmer state, I got huge pimples, so I gave up. I think the rose hip just doesn't agree with me.

After using it around 7 times, 2 of those times I noticed that shortly after applying it, the skin under one of my eyes became itchy and irritated. When I looked in the mirror, the area (right below the eyebrow) had become reddened, almost like a mosquito bite. The irritation gradually subsided over time, and I fell asleep that night. The next morning, I woke up to find both my eyelids were red and swollen, and there were red patches around them. On one cheek, there was a small circular area that looked like a minor abrasion, almost as if I had lightly scraped the skin. While the irritation has calmed down now and it's looking better, I don't think I'll be using this product anymore. Seeing similar adverse reaction cases posted here has made me even more concerned. Interestingly, the other family members using the exact same product have not experienced any issues and are quite happy with it.

I really tried it out as a pure oil without any additives. It's on the drier side, but when I use it with a cream in the winter, my face feels less dry in the morning.
Cons
The smell.... Even though it's called rosehip oil, I must be an idiot for thinking it would smell like roses. When I opened it, there was a strange, nutty smell like sesame oil that surprised me. I can't use it in the morning because it makes my makeup slide off. I only use it at night, after cleansing, as the last step in my skincare routine. I'm not sure if it's because of this oil, but I always get one pimple on each cheek. I use just one drop on each cheek, but I think I need to use even less and see what happens.

Trilogy Rosehip Oil Review 1. The texture is not heavy for an oil and it feels nice wrapping around my dry skin. 2. The scent is not great - it has a somewhat nutty, sesame oil-like aroma. It's not overpowering though, and didn't bother me while using it. 3. The bottle is compact and brown... a fitting package for rosehip oil. The packaging looks pretty and premium. 4. The price was on the expensive side for me. It's normally sold for around 20,000 won at Olive Young, but I managed to get it for just over 20,000 won during a sale.
Cons
First of all... I wish I could go back to the time before meeting this rosehip oil. The texture was great, but it just didn't work for me. I was using my regular products and just added this oil. At night, I would put a few drops on my palms and pat it onto my skin. On day 1-2, I started getting a few bumps (didn't realize it was because of the oil then). On day 3, my skin completely flipped. From my hairline to my chin. I had to take prescription medication from the dermatologist for a week (thankfully it worked!), but my skin texture never fully recovered. I want to go back to how my skin was before meeting this oil! Skincare can be so tricky. It works great for some, but not for others.

1. Dispense a small amount on your palms and gently pat it onto your skin. 2. Consider your skin type (sensitive, oily, acne-prone) before purchasing. 3. If you notice any irritation or breakouts after the first use, discontinue use immediately.

I've been using it mixed with my toner and it definitely helps control dryness well and keeps my skin moisturized for a long time~
