Pros
I used to be obsessed with DHC and would often receive delivery boxes...😅 The mild soap was expensive, so I hesitated, but after trying the sample, I bought the set and used it. After using it, my skin didn't feel tight, and the fragrance-free formula was great.
Cons
The soap tends to soften easily. Even if I leave it on the sink, it softens quickly, so I have to store it in a place where it doesn't get wet. When it softens, the lather doesn't form well... It's expensive, and if you can't store it properly, it's like throwing half of it away. The usage experience wasn't bad, but it wasn't exceptionally good either, so I probably won't repurchase it. The price range is also on the higher side. And now, I'm saying goodbye to Japanese products 👋🏻👋🏻 I'm just using up what I have left.

Pros
I have dry and sensitive skin, but I happened to receive this as a gift and tried it. When cleansing, it was gentle and didn't feel irritating at all.

There's nothing particularly disappointing, but if I had to point out one thing, it's that the soap dish doesn't drain water very well, so the soap can get a bit soft.

Pros
The foam lathers up really well, and surprisingly, even though I use soap for cleansing, my skin doesn't feel dry. The cleansing power is good, and it leaves a refreshing finish without feeling dry or sticky, which makes me feel great!
Cons
No matter which soap you use...when it's time to finish it, the foam doesn't lather up well...you have to use a loofah, but honestly, it's really annoying.

Pros
I use this when doing my second cleansing. It leaves my skin feeling hydrated. Normally, after cleansing with a foam cleanser, my skin feels very dry and tight, but with this, I don't experience that tightness at all. Compared to foam cleansers, it seems to be less drying. The ingredients are gentle, so it's not at all irritating. I use this not only for my second cleansing, but also when cleansing in the morning. It's easy to use for cleansing without any burden.
Cons
The price is a bit on the higher side, and since it's a bar soap, if not properly cared for, it can become a bit mushy, which is a bit inconvenient.

Pros
I've been using it for almost 3-4 years! The only downside is that once you use it, you can't change it, and the price range for a soap is a bit of a downside, haha. I used to have a lot of trouble, but after using this soap, my troubles have subsided a bit, and most importantly, the finish feels refreshing. After washing my face, if it's too squeaky clean or dry and shiny, it feels like the cleansing wasn't quite right, but this one is just perfect. I thought it was mild, and after checking the ingredients, the harmful components don't seem to be a major issue, so that's good! Aside from the price, I'm satisfied.

The price range is expensive, and since it's a soap, you have to use it up front and can't take it with you when you travel, which is a downside.

I purchased a set of 10 full-size products after trying a sample of another product that I liked. It does not contain any of the 20 cautionary ingredients, so I can use it worry-free when washing my face with water in the morning. It seems to be a good product for the whole family, young and old. Even though it's a soap, it doesn't leave my skin too dry after use, so I reach for it often.

I've heard a lot of people say their skin got much better after using this. It's so gentle and the lather is amazingly bouncy... I've never seen lather like this before! It's gentle but still cleanses thoroughly, so I highly recommend it! When I use it for cleansing, my skin doesn't feel tight at all, so I can't stop using it haha

Since I use it even when showering, I go through it really fast 😭😭😭 I should probably just use it on my face 😭😭😭😭
