  Pros

  First off, when you apply it, your skin instantly brightens up and any oiliness transforms into a soft, matte finish! I use this every morning by gently patting it over my sunscreen. It not only gives a slight whitening effect but also leaves my skin feeling wonderfully smooth and fresh.

  Cons

  The scent is incredibly strong, which is a major drawback. While I've gotten used to it now (or perhaps the fragrance has faded as I've used up the product), initially it was so overpowering that I thought, 'What on earth is this?' It even made my nose itch at first. A friend who saw me using it mentioned that its staying power is quite poor, especially for very oily skin types. As someone with combination skin, I found it somewhat effective on my drier areas, but it was useless on my oil-prone T-zone. Lastly, though I'm not entirely certain, I think my blemishes and eczema worsened after using this. It could be due to the sunscreen I use with it, but some days my face becomes unbearably itchy, the small patches of eczema on my cheeks have grown, and I've been getting occasional pimples.

  For those with extremely oily skin, make sure to pat it in frequently! If you're sensitive to fragrances, absolutely avoid this product as the scent is very strong. Be careful not to over-apply, as it can make your face excessively dry and you might hear comments like 'Why does your face look so white today?' from friends. Use in moderation! Remember to wash the puff frequently. Since this powder/pact absorbs oil, the product tends to build up on the puff. I neglected to clean it for a month, and when I finally did, the accumulated product came off like dirt. Lesson learned!
