First of all, it's affordable and relatively non-irritating, and the waterproof Kiss Me mascara also washed off well.
It's extremely oily.
I'm not originally sensitive-skinned, but the eye area is sensitive, and sometimes it stings when I use other products, but this one was fine.

 It was really great... it wiped off easily and was very moisturizing! I think it removed my makeup well without irritating my skin. I usually use the lip and eye remover to wipe my entire face (since I think an oil-based remover works best to remove my base makeup). It wiped off well and my skin felt good at the time too.
