Skin Type: Combination/Oily. My skin was sensitive to cleansing waters with oil, but this one doesn't have oil and has just a few ingredients, so it's not irritating and was able to thoroughly remove all my makeup (concealer makeup, non-waterproof eye makeup) (used as the first cleansing step, followed by a mild acidic foam cleanser as the second step). It's affordable, so it's the best in terms of cost-effectiveness.
Cons
Waterproof makeup seems like it would be difficult to remove. The Garnier line has a separate water for removing waterproof makeup.

I've been using this product for three bottles now. I purchased a 700ml bottle for 14 AUD (approximately 11,000 KRW) in Australia. Even though my skin was not too bad in other areas, I had been dealing with chronic acne and closed comedones for years, despite using cleansing creams and foams. A few years ago, when I ran out of my cleansing oil in Australia, I was hesitant to buy the same product again due to the higher price. A friend recommended trying a cleansing water instead, and I switched to the affordable Bioderma brand. Although I can't compare it to using Bioderma before, by the time I had used about half a bottle, my acne had completely disappeared! I've been using it for 3 years now and I highly recommend it! When it comes to cleansing water, everyone should use Garnier instead of Bioderma. To put it simply, I've already used over 10 big bottles of it. 1) There are times when cleansing balms and foams don't completely remove makeup, but this cleansing water wipes it all off cleanly. 2) I have severe atopic dermatitis on my face/skin, and I used to only use the Bioderma cleansing water from the pharmacy. But after trying this product, I completely switched to Garnier. Even though my skin is sensitive due to the atopic dermatitis, I felt it was even gentler than Bioderma. 3) I live abroad, and the pharmacist told me that the water here is hard water, which is bad for my already weak and sensitive skin. So instead of washing my face with water, they recommended using this cleansing water. For about half a year, I stocked up on the big bottles and only used this to remove my makeup. And it worked great! You know how some people's skin gets completely messed up when they travel to places with different water? When you travel to countries with bad water, use this cleansing water instead of washing with water. 4) It's also very affordable. Instead of buying Bioderma, stock up on several bottles of Garnier and use it generously on your face.

It's not stimulating and has a mild feeling! I've been using it for over 3 months overseas and I'm satisfied with it~ Since it tends to flow down too much when applied directly, I use it on cotton pads as a primary cleansing step.
Cons
It doesn't seem to cleanse eyeliners or mascaras. So I first cleanse my eyes with an eye makeup remover, and then use the Garnier product! But after using it, there's a slightly sticky feeling left behind, which is a bit unpleasant, so I finish up with a cleansing foam.
