I used to apply this to my baby's rash every now and then, but I stopped applying it after about three times since the rash went away. However, since I have very dry skin, I applied it to my legs, arms, and hands, and it turned out to be very moisturizing. So I also applied it to my face, and it has a cooling effect. When you apply it, it feels a bit refreshing. Moreover, it helps relieve dryness and soothe the skin.
Cons
The texture is a bit thick... It's a shame. Since the baby doesn't stay still, it's difficult to absorb the cream.

It's written very well I like the matte and deep white color, and since it's only the folded parts that will be in contact, it's better than something that gets absorbed quickly.
Cons
But the ingredients in this are not great. I trusted Phenateen, and I'm a bit shocked. I'm not sure if this level is acceptable.
