I tried Tony Moly's Cheektone Single Blusher in Milky Violet! True to its pan color, it's a lovely lavender shade! It's incredibly pale with a lot of white undertones, making it perfect for summer cool light skin tones! The color itself is quite delicate, so the pigmentation isn't too intense. However, it applies evenly without patchiness, so the absorption is great. The staying power is a bit disappointing. It seems to fade away quickly. There's also some excess powder kick-up, so keep that in mind. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJun 16, 2022
This lavender blush is incredibly soft and full of brightness! While the color doesn't appear too bold or pigmented, its unique fluffiness is absolutely gorgeous and I love it. Pink blushers tend to turn reddish over time, but with this light purple blush, that doesn't happen - which is great! The powder particles aren't extremely fine. It seems to clump a bit in the pan when it comes into contact with oils. However, if you scrape off the top layer, there's no discomfort during application! - Hwahae UserDry SkinMay 30, 2021
It's a lavender shade with a white base and fine shimmer particles. The texture is smooth, applying evenly without any clumping! Most light purple blushes have a strong white base, and this one is no exception. The color payoff is quite minimal. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMay 18, 2021
"Pearlescent lavender blush with a hint of white" This is a true favorite among makeup artists! I initially thought it was a solid color product without any shimmer, so I was surprised by the larger-than-expected particles! It's definitely a cool-toned shade, so mixing it with any other color will cool down the overall look. As someone with a cool complexion, I find it incredibly useful and I'm loving it! Absolutely... recommended! I wish the pearl particles were a bit finer for a more subtle effect. Up close, the particles are quite noticeable, giving it a very shimmery appearance. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinJan 2, 2020
Perfect for light summer cool tones! It has a subtle white undertone that makes you look fair and youthful. It's best applied to the apple of your cheeks rather than the entire cheek area. Discontinued? Why would they get rid of this beautiful product? I find the brush doesn't give enough color payoff, so I apply it with my fingers or a makeup sponge instead. Use your fingers to apply it. I recommend using your middle finger for the best application. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinOct 1, 2019
- A pale lavender blush with a hint of white that also shows a slight pink tint when applied - Best value for money powder blush - Fine, subtle silver pearls help make the skin glow - The case is sturdy, never broken so far, and the product adheres well - Doesn't clump after application - None. The excess powder is minimal, and the color payoff is subtle and not too intense - Although I have cool undertones, my skin is darker and yellowish - This is the best color choice - Apply Milky Violet as a base, then layer other blush colors on top to make different shades easier to pull off - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinJul 18, 2019
Color: It's a lavender shade with a strong white undertone that applies beautifully on the face. While it's truly lavender, there's a slight pink tinge to it, making it not too intimidating to try. It's a gorgeous white-based lavender blush with a hint of pink. Application control: It's very easy to control the amount you apply. There's minimal clumping, and it doesn't overload on the brush, making it convenient to use. Powder fallout: Being a powder formula, there is some fallout, but it's minimal and not particularly bothersome. Complexion compatibility: This color seems to be quite dependent on skin tone. If you have warm-toned skin, it might not be a necessary purchase. Shimmer: While not overly noticeable, there are some fine shimmers in the product. It might have been even better if it were completely matte. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 23, 2019
I was diagnosed as a summer cool-light tone, and since this has a lot of white undertones, it applies with a soft, milky color that brightens my overall complexion. It contains subtle shimmer, making it great for adding dimension when applied to the high points of the cheekbones. The light pigmentation makes it easy to control the amount you apply. It's perfect for cool-toned individuals looking to create a lovely lavender makeup look! The powder is finely milled, which means there's a bit of excess when applying. However, it's not a significant issue, and I'm using it without any major problems. Personally, I love building up the color in thin layers using a brush. It creates a beautifully subtle and pretty effect. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinFeb 20, 2019
•First off, I have a warm skin tone• The color is a lavender shade with a strong white undertone. It would definitely suit those with cool winter complexions! While it's not the most flattering color for my skin tone, I use it as a color corrector since I have a lot of yellow undertones. I apply this blush instead of powder as a final step, and it makes my skin look radiant. It also works great as a highlighter. White highlighters don't suit me, but using this lavender blush with a white undertone looks much more natural. The color is subtle, and I highly recommend it for those with cool complexions. There's minimal excess powder, and the color is absolutely beautiful. I'd even suggest warm-toned folks give it a try! I initially bought it on impulse because the color looked pretty, but when I applied it, I realized it would suit cool-toned people much better. So I don't use it much as a blush and mostly use it for other purposes. It seems like this product might be a bit challenging for warm-toned individuals to use as a blush. For those with warm undertones and particularly yellow-tinted skin, this blush could work well as a color corrector. It can also be used as a highlighter for a radiant effect. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinJan 31, 2019
It's a light lavender shade with a hint of white, so it should be suitable even for those who don't typically look good in purple! There's a subtle shimmer to it as well! The color payoff is quite sheer. If you're not a fan of shimmer in your blush, you might want to skip this one. While it's very subtle, there is still a bit of shimmer present.
