The brightening moisturizer works well and provides good coverage. It breaks down quickly. I bought this cushion because it was recommended for its cooling effect, but there was no cooling sensation at all. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJun 28, 2017
I bought the #2 shade and it matched my skin tone perfectly. I have a fair complexion, but my neck is a bit darker, so I usually apply foundation a shade lighter to match my neck. The best part was definitely the coverage! The sales associate at The Face Shop recommended this along with a concealer, and I ended up impulse buying it. After applying the concealer and this foundation, my skin looked completely flawless! When it starts to break down from sweat, it can look messy if you're not careful. Moreover, it's quite dewy, so it can transfer onto your hair or hands, and it tends to wear off quickly in the summer. If you apply too much, it can look cakey. Apply it in thin layers. I think I used the Mineralizing Concealer from The Face Shop along with this, and the combination made my skin look so clear. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJun 15, 2017
Haha, um, it doesn't seem like it? The ingredients are fine... but then what's the point? 1. Disintegration I really didn't know what it meant for the base to 'disintegrate disgustingly', but after using this cushion for a day, I now understand the meaning precisely. My bare skin looks better. I also experienced clogged pores for the first time. 2. Color When I first applied it, I was flustered because it was too dull and ashy. But over time, it did brighten up to match my skin tone naturally. I guess it's both a pro and a con. The disgustingly disintegrating aspect is a really fatal flaw. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 8, 2017
It feels refreshing and moisturizing when applied, and the coverage is quite nice. After applying it all, the makeup looks really well-blended. It crumbles and breaks down way too much. It doesn't last long either, and you can just see it falling apart. When you try to fix it with additional makeup, it ends up looking too thick and cakey. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinFeb 14, 2017
I usually wear shade 21, but I purchased this neutral beige shade 2. The color matched my skin perfectly! Even without makeup, it covered the reddish areas so well that it gave me a clean, flawless complexion. It also covered my pores very well! When applied, it makes my skin look smooth and velvety. I tested it on the back of my hand before buying, but when I applied it to my face, it felt drier than I expected. It's not a very hydrating type - it's more on the velvety side. The coverage doesn't break down too much, but the tip of my nose gets a bit messy. It seems to be sensitive to oil. And my cheeks look a bit lifted. I have a combination skin type, so that might be the reason. It's great to use lightly in the spring and fall, after properly absorbing your skincare. The best part about it is the pore coverage! I highly recommend it for those with enlarged pores. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 29, 2016
Hmm...it does seem to provide a nice tone-up effect. It appears to be a bit brighter than other cushions in shade 21. It was supposed to be cooling, but I didn't feel that at all. My face became too pale. If I don't apply it to my neck, my face just looks ghostly white...When I apply makeup, it all cakes up or gathers in flaky areas. And when I sweat, it wipes off very easily. If I layer it on, it gets clumpy. Also, you absolutely cannot touch your face after applying this cushion. It leaves marks...This has been the worst cushion I've tried so far. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinJul 1, 2016
The coverage was good, the tone was nice, and it looked naturally radiant at first... But I was really surprised that it had such a high rating. As an oily-skinned person, I didn't really know what pore clogging was, but I found out that accentuating pores and flaking were options lol The absolute worst part was that it got disgustingly messy. I don't do touch-ups often, but when I went to the bathroom mirror after being in the PC room for 3 hours, I almost fainted - it was completely clumped and lumpy all over, I almost got anxiety attacks. Why didn't they tell me my face would end up like this.. Someone like me with really oily skin can't use this because it gets so dirty and gross, and dry-skinned people might find it clings too much. People with normal or slightly dry skin who like to touch up often might like this though - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJun 10, 2016
The coverage is good and it adheres well - I think using a sponge applicator works better for adhesion than the built-in air puff. I bought it for around 14,900 won and it was quite good for the price. It has a cooling sensation which feels nice when applying. It doesn't seem to cause any breakouts. And as a combination skin type, it gets quite unattractive and cakey, especially around the nose area, so it would be good for touch-up makeup. You also need to be careful with the amount you use, as it can get cakey. Applying it thinly with a Skin Food sponge makes it adhere well and leaves a smooth, velvety finish. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 31, 2015
The coverage seems to be quite good, and when applied, the hair does not stick to the face and the finish is fluffy, which I liked. When patted on, the more you apply, the more it seems to revert back to the original skin color... ? It may be a personal difference, but that's how it was for me. And it seemed too matte, so it was fine right after applying, but after a while, the face would feel tight and there would be an oil explosion!!! The makeup would come off... But that seems to vary depending on whether you thoroughly do your base.
