I'm not sure about the effectiveness, but I used this product because I thought it would be better to use something rather than nothing.

Since it's an outdoor exercise that gets a lot of sunlight, my scalp has become extremely pale, and the part of my hair that's been exposed to the sun has become bleached, which even surprised the staff at the hair salon. I was looking for a product and ended up using this one. I'm glad that the scent is nice and that even though it's a sun product, my hair doesn't look greasy.

 When I exercised outdoors, my hair got damaged and discolored due to UV rays, so I tried other hair care brands with UV protection, but I liked this one the best. My hair doesn't get as greasy as with other products.
