Pros
It becomes moisturized shortly after application. It spreads well and absorbs nicely. It's not sticky.
Cons
Once it's absorbed to a certain degree and becomes moisturized, you need to apply another lip balm. It tends to become moisturized and then dry out, causing flaky skin. If you leave it alone, the moisturized flaky skin will rise up again and you'll want to peel it off... When I apply it, it irritates my skin, but it's fine for me. Other products don't do that, but this one irritates my skin every time I apply it.

It's a complete must-have! I use it when my lips feel dry and painful after applying lipstick, as if they're shriveling up. It then has a soothing effect and really helps heal them! These days, I often wear velvet-type tints because of the mask, and when my lips hurt, applying this lip balm restores them to normal the next day. I've tried all kinds of famous lip balms, but this one is the most affordable and works best for me. I'm sticking with this one.
Cons
I only use it for nighttime care, so I don't find the oily texture uncomfortable at all. The soothing effect is also very much to my liking.

Right away, the flaky skin on my lips disappeared and my lips became super soft and smooth! Haha So I immediately went to Olive Young and bought it. It has a slightly tingly, cool scent, and the texture is quite substantial, but it has that refreshing menthol-like feeling, which I quite liked. It comes in a small size with 2 pieces, so it's convenient to carry around. And even though it's small, it seems to last quite a long time!!
