When I go to the bathhouse with my mom, we always apply the face pack together. I have combination skin, and my mom has dry skin, so we can't use just anything. But this one seems to keep our skin moisturized and nice, judging by the fact that we keep buying it. When rinsing it off, there's a slightly stuffy and not-quite-rinsed-off feeling, like with a clay mask. Applying it and then going into the steam room before rinsing makes it even better. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinDec 14, 2016
There's definitely a brightening effect on the skin after using it. The cooling sensation is nice, and the gentle ingredients also play a role. The scrub granules are too abundant to be helpful for skin soothing. When the skin is irritated, even a scrub can be an irritant... While it's named a soothing pack, this product doesn't seem suitable for use when the skin is sensitized. Instead, it would be better to use it around once a week for exfoliating and pore-tightening purposes when there's excessive buildup of dead skin. The name should be changed from 'Soothing Pack' to 'Herbal Soothing Scrub Pack'. The packaging is also a bit unsanitary, as mentioned by many. As I have sensitive skin, I use this about once a week or once every two weeks as an exfoliator. After cleansing, I apply a face oil before the pack to reduce irritation. That seems to make it a bit less stimulating. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAug 28, 2016
It was very gentle~ I didn't feel burdened even after using it for two consecutive days. I was satisfied with the immediate cleansing effect. It felt like it didn't clean thoroughly, and since it's a pore pack, I'm not sure if that's normal, but it felt a bit drying. Apply a moisturizing pack after use.
