I have fine hair, so I don't use a separate conditioner. However, those with thick or voluminous hair might find the shampoo alone leaves their hair feeling a bit stiff.

It worked wonders for stress-induced scalp blemishes. The cleansing effectiveness for the scalp is excellent, and it maintains some softness in the hair.

As someone with seborrheic dermatitis, the cooling sensation feels irritating. It seems to have made my condition worse. This would be better suited for those without scalp blemishes.
