It's really good - it's not sticky and absorbs well, and the ginger scent is subtly addictive. I've tried quite a few lip balm products, including Oribe, Uriage, Burt's Bees, Neutrogena, Nivea, and Smith's Rosebud Salve, and among them, Betejour and Hellow were the best.
Everyone's preferences may differ, but the Betejour Cacao series had a nice scent, though it was just so-so in my opinion.

To be honest, I bought it because I was attracted to the lemon text, but the ginger scent was stronger than I expected, so I was a bit surprised at first. Why did I ignore the 'ginger' and buy it?... Well, as long as it's not overly sweet, I just use it, so it wasn't that bad.
If you have any lip injuries, I wouldn't recommend it. It stings a bit when applied. It doesn't sting persistently, but it can be annoying when applying.
But it's not that severe, it's just like... 'Ah, it seems a bit stingy,' kind of feeling.
Of course, if you don't like ginger, don't buy it. There's no lemon scent at all.
