This white version is said to be beneficial for color-treated hair and targeted at women in their 20s-30s. The shampoo lathers well and is gentle. As long as you rinse thoroughly, it doesn't cause blemishes or dead skin cells on the scalp. I used to only use Kérastase Bain Vital Dermo-Calm due to my super sensitive skin, but that costs around $100 for 1000ml. I switched to this caffeine shampoo and it's quite good. Kérastase was the best, but this caffeine shampoo is more reasonable in terms of price-performance ratio. Leaving the lather on your scalp for 3-5 minutes after shampooing seems to strengthen the hair roots and promote hair growth.
ConsThe downside is that you have to buy it from overseas. It's inconvenient that it doesn't come with a pump. It would be much easier to use if the lid was replaced with a pump.
TipUsing this shampoo while doing scalp scaling can help maintain a clean scalp with less hair loss. It's effective daily in any season. In summer, if this isn't enough to remove excess oil, I tend to use René Furterer Forticea.

Compared to others, this one is less irritating, and I experienced less itching and scalp sensitivity. It's remarkable how it almost completely prevents scalp blemishes. As someone who struggled with seborrheic dermatitis, I'm impressed that my scalp doesn't get very oily even by evening.
ConsI've been using this German shampoo for a long time, purchasing it directly from overseas. However, I was surprised to learn through the Hwahae app that it contains some potentially harmful ingredients like sodium laureth sulfate. When buying in Korea, the price is typically 2-3 times higher than in Germany. The 21 version is rarely available here.
TipThe conditioner that goes with this shampoo is even better. The Plantur scalp toner is good, but I find it bothersome to use regularly. If you use just the shampoo, your hair might feel a bit stiff. It produces less lather compared to other shampoos.

While I don't have hair loss issues, I noticed my hair was shedding a bit, so I decided to give this a try. Amazingly, the amount of hair falling out during showers has significantly decreased! My scalp used to get oily quickly, and even though it didn't look that way, I felt uncomfortable if I didn't wash my hair daily. But after using this for a couple of months, I can go two days without washing and my hair doesn't get greasy at all. I use it with conditioner, and I feel like my hair texture has become slightly softer too.
ConsCompared to other shampoos, it runs out quickly. I live in Germany where it's relatively cheaper, but I imagine it would be even more expensive in Korea, wouldn't it?
TipThis shampoo lathers well, so you can use less compared to other shampoos. The instructions suggest leaving it on for at least 2 minutes before rinsing, so I use that time to brush my teeth!
