The price and the scent are a bit disappointing. The scent is kind of like cement...? It has that kind of feel to it. It's not extremely unpleasant, but it's not a pleasant scent either.

This product is truly amazing! My skin has been quite sensitive lately and it gets red, but this immediately soothes it. It's the best.

It's good to apply it thinly and then go to sleep. When using this product, I don't apply a separate essence and use it right after toner.

The price is first of all expensive, and the scent may be divisive depending on the person. Also, if you apply too much, it can feel heavy, so portion control is important.

It was the best for soothing. A few years ago, I had an incident where I excessively wiped my skin with cotton pads, and my skin was completely flipped over, but it was just about to settle down when I applied this product and went to sleep. When I woke up, I was amazed at how much my skin had calmed down... Since then, I've always kept it as an essential (and quite expensive) item. I continue to use it as a soothing product whenever my skin is dry or flushed red. I think I've used about three bottles of it. I plan to keep purchasing it in the future.

Using it as a 15-minute wash-off pack was more effective than using it as a sleeping pack!

It's not completely non-irritating. When I applied it while my skin was red and inflamed from dermatitis, it stung a little.

After rinsing, the skin feels moisturized and soft. I think the price is reasonable.

My oily skin felt even more sticky. I had heard it could be used at night, but instead it seemed to clog my pores, and I'm not sure if my skin improved.

The fragrance was unobtrusive and smooth. Given the higher price, I felt my skin would improve as a result.

Before bed, I like to just apply toner and then mix a healing mask with a face oil and apply a generous amount all over.

For those with very oily skin, applying a thick layer might actually increase sebum production, so it's better to use a lighter application for oily skin types.

When my skin needs soothing or if I feel like I'm about to get some milia or acne, I like to slather on a generous amount of a healing mask before bed. It seems to really calm my skin down by the next day. I often use it in the evenings and just rinse it off in the morning - it's so convenient.

After using it for a while, the scent changes and becomes a bit strange. If you don't apply it properly, it can be overpowering even if you only use this product.

It's very easy to use and it's incredibly helpful in reducing redness!

When I get off the plane, my skin feels unusually dry and sensitive. Using this product is amazing for those times!

Sometimes when my skin condition is not great, I apply it before makeup, but since it's a mask, it tends to get a bit cakey.

It applies evenly and then quickly absorbs into the skin, leaving a refreshing sensation.
