It has a slightly velvety texture when applied. It's definitely moisturizing right after application.

The lasting power doesn't seem to be very long. By the next day, my skin goes back to normal. I also use another stretch mark cream, and that other one would still feel velvety in the morning if I applied it at night.

I used it until 34 weeks of pregnancy :) The best thing was that it was really moist and thick in texture, but it absorbed well! I used it with oil, and now that I'm in the final month, I bought a new tub of just the cream.
