When your face feels hot and needs soothing, you can apply this and then follow up with a toner or mist to complete your routine.

The volume is...small. I couldn't even use half the cotton pad before the product ran out.

Since I have very warm skin, I was looking for a basic skincare product that could effectively lower my skin temperature, and luckily the store clerk persuaded me to buy this. They also provided a dedicated cotton pad, which I really appreciated. 
When you squeeze the product onto the cotton pad and apply it to the skin, it feels wonderfully cool and refreshing, and it seems to be very effective at lowering skin temperature.
