Strangely, after using this shampoo, I developed a lot of blemishes along my hairline and on my jawline where my hair touches. Just to be sure, I tried another shampoo I had at home, and the blemishes stopped appearing. Those with sensitive skin prone to breakouts might want to keep this in mind.

I switched to this shampoo after my previous one left my hair feeling stiff. I can definitely say it's made my hair softer! It lathers well and feels great to use.
