The redness goes away quickly, so it can be used safely. The fragrance is strong, reminiscent of baby powder, which is nice. The ingredients are also quite good.
ConsRecommendedIf you don't like the fragrance, I wouldn't recommend it. Also, the spreadability doesn't seem very good.

It doesn't seem to be a diaper rash cream, so I just used it as a regular cream.^^;;
