It's really effective at helping to reduce blemishes. I loved how quickly it worked! It's too oily and transfers onto my pillow, which is frustrating... It doesn't absorb well into the skin. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedFeb 12, 2022
My skin lacks both hydration and oil, so I could use this product in various ways. It worked well after applying hand cream, after nourishing cream, and whenever my face felt dry. I could use it frequently without issues. At first, the scent might be hit or miss for some people. I liked it from the start, but my mom was surprised by it (though now she's bought her own and uses it). When I applied it to my bare face after cleansing, I experienced some irritation. Even after applying makeup, I can gently pat it around my eyes, nasolabial folds, and neck wrinkles with my fingertips. It doesn't ruin my makeup or let my skin get dry. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 2, 2021
When your skin feels dry and flaky with thickening dead skin cells, generously applying this for about 3 days will restore your skin to a soft, supple state. As it's an oil balm, it can make your skin look shiny, so it's best applied only at night. However, even with just nightly use, your skin will become healthier. - ql******Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedJan 8, 2021
Rose enthusiasts, need I say more? This is absolutely fantastic! I just apply it to my wrist and keep sniffing it. It's so soothing, it melts my heart. The 28g size is quite generous. It'll last a long time with the ample amount. It's versatile too - use it as a lip balm, an eye cream, apply it to the under-eye area or chapped skin, and even on cuticles. Highly recommended for aromatherapy lovers! It would make a great gift, especially during seasonal changes in autumn and winter. I haven't found anything that works as effectively to heal chapped lips in one go. It's simply the best! The fragrance might fade with continued use. It seems like I should use it diligently, but it'll probably last a while as you only need a small amount. The jar packaging might be inconvenient for on-the-go use. Given the nature of aromatherapy essential oil products, stores often discount those nearing expiration. Don't pay full price - look for the best deals! - sw*********Dry SkinWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 27, 2020
I absolutely adore this product and stocked up on it! First off, I love that it's made with natural oils. When I apply a small amount to my butterfly zone, my skin feels so comfortable and hydrated. Unlike regular spot balms that can be a bit sticky, this beauty balm has a better texture and absorbs well. The scent is subtle and natural, not artificial at all. I was surprised by the sudden price increase, but it's still available for around $10 on iHerb. I tried hard to find a substitute due to the price hike, but couldn't find anything comparable. It's even better than the Intensive Balm (in the tin case) that I already had. If the price doesn't come down, I might have to use that one instead, but it would be such a shame. I really hope this product doesn't get discontinued! While the size is conveniently small for carrying around, the glass container might be prone to breaking. Also, it doesn't come with a spatula. - ua******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMay 10, 2019
Although there were many glowing reviews for the Aiheru X, it turned out to be incompatible with my oily skin... But since I didn't want to waste the money, I persevered and used about half the bottle. The fragrance was nice. Alas, that's all the oil-rich Hwahae Trial Reviewer can say... The reviews promised that applying it and going to sleep would leave my skin soft, smooth, and supple the next day, but for me, it was just a grease fest. Still, I held onto a sliver of hope that it might help soothe my skin or alleviate any trouble, but it was all for naught. I have oily skin and accidentally bought it. I received it as a gift... Use it as a lip balm. That seems to be the only way to salvage it. - de********Dry SkinRecommendedJan 6, 2019
Although I prefer oils and balms that have a glossy finish, this product provides a comfortable feel without the refreshing sensation. The oil has a less flowing texture and is densely packed with beeswax, giving it a slightly thicker consistency. It has a similar feel to the Chajun balm, and while the application is slightly stiff, it works well. The fragrance is also better than the artificial scent of the Chajun product. It is creamier than the Dr.Jart+ balm. In a heated room, it can even melt smoothly into the skin. When applied, it adheres to the skin without feeling greasy, which I appreciate. The ingredients include rose oil, castor oil, and beeswax. I have no complaints about this product. The fragrance fades quickly, leaving behind a musty scent. It doesn't seem to be as high-end as expected. Due to the beeswax and olive oil properties, absorption is slow. I'm still unsure if I really need to purchase this product. However, the cost-effectiveness is good. For the nails, toes, and lips - especially the face. It's best to apply this balm at night. It helps to soften and exfoliate the lips better than regular lip balms. - yu********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 21, 2018
I used to use Nils Yard Remedies, but I left it at the office and bought a cheaper one to use. My office was too dry, and even with the humidifier on, the area around my eyes would feel taut. But when I lightly dab it around my eyes and cheekbones, the tautness completely disappears. It absorbs well into my makeup, and my skin looks more radiant and healthier. Sometimes I'll apply a beauty balm and top it with a pearl, or I'll do a base layer before applying lip products. I use it for all sorts of purposes, and I haven't experienced any downsides like breakouts, clogged pores, or makeup pilling. The scent is also lovely~ There's really not much I don't like about it. Compared to Nils Yard Remedies, it does feel a bit more greasy. It also works great as a hand cream, and in the winter, the beauty balm feels like an essential item! After doing my full makeup, I'll dab a bit under my eyes, around my eyes, and on any dry spots, and then I'm not afraid of even the coldest weather ㅎㅎ - an******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 12, 2018
As soon as I open the lid, the herbal scent comes out, and it feels so good. I bought this as an alternative to Vaseline, which is said to clog pores, and it definitely feels less thick and occlusive, but personally, I like it more. I've tried other balms, but I couldn't find one as intensely moisturizing as Vaseline. However, if I apply Vaseline incorrectly, little pimples start popping up, and I tend to avoid it on days when my skin isn't doing well. This balm has simple ingredients and seems useful to use as a solid base by applying it thoroughly. There's no special spatula. I just reuse the one I have and clean it. To be honest, in the winter, I'm drawn to balms with even more intense moisturizing power, but those don't seem to come with good ingredients. You can't find what doesn't exist on this earth. It's also good for massaging. Of course, it's great for the heels and elbows, but I found it's not too heavy even when massaging the face. I have very thin skin and am sensitive to oils, so even something like calendula oil can sometimes irritate me. Moisturizers with a blend of oils tend to just destroy my skin the moment I apply them. But even after prolonged massage, my skin feels incredibly soothed with this balm. The scent is nice too. Before using the balm, I first apply a few layers of an essence with tons of humectants, and if my skin is too dry, I'll add in an ampoule. Then I do a 7-skin method with a toner without oils, and moisturize thoroughly with an oil-free cream. Finally, I apply this balm to dry areas, pat it in well, and sometimes add another layer. For combination skin types, be mindful of the amount - use more on dry areas and just a light sweep on the T-zone. In the morning, your skin will feel incredibly soft and comfortable. - ob******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinDec 15, 2017
Because my skin is dry during the dry winter, I chose an oily product. I just started using it, so I'll continue using it and write a review later. I think I need to use it more. I've only been using it for about two days.
