I want to keep using it exclusively. One pump can cover my face, neck, and hands. If there's any left over, I apply it to the ends of my hair and dry areas. It's gentle enough for the face, and doesn't cause any breakouts or irritation. I don't use it daily, only as a special treatment when my skin is parched. By the next day, the effects are significantly improved, so I'm really glad I found this product. The natural, just-harvested aroma is so soothing and healing! I'm sensitive to scents, but this makes me feel like I'm at a spa - so relaxing~ I bought it on iHerb with a promotion, just over 10,000 won. I'd recommend this over slathering on a thick moisturizer.
ConsHmm, so far I haven't had any issues using it. I'd be cautious about recommending it to those with very different skin types.
TipI warm it up in my palms before pressing it all over my face to help it fully absorb. After that, my makeup goes on smoothly without any pilling.

I was hesitant between this oil and the unscented oil, which are said to help with acne scar reduction. I ended up purchasing it on Amazon for $12.75. I pump about 1-1.5 times into my moisturizer and apply it to my face. It provides just the right amount of hydration, especially in the current winter weather. I have combination-oily skin and usually only use a moisturizer, but my cheeks would feel dry when I woke up. After mixing this oil into my moisturizer, my cheeks feel soft and supple in the mornings. The amount dispensed per pump seems to vary, as some reviews said it was too much, so you may want to adjust the amount as needed. I've really seen improvements in my skin since using this face oil. As someone with combination-oily skin, I had avoided oils in the past, but this has actually helped reduce my stubborn closed comedones. The linoleic acid helps replenish what my skin lacks, while the rosehip and sea buckthorn oils aid in fading acne scars. I'd love to go into more detail about the individual oils, but I'm limited on space here. Maybe next time I try a different oil, I can share more about it then.
ConsI trust Badger's ingredients, but I'm not too familiar with the quality of their blended oils. Ideally, I'd like to purchase essential oils and carrier oils separately to blend myself, but that can be quite time-consuming, so I've relied on Badger products in the past. The Damascus rose essential oil is very expensive at over $200 for 5ml, so I don't expect it to be heavily concentrated in this blend. And when diluting essential oils in carrier oils for a face oil, you typically only use 1% or less, so the rose oil content would be minimal. Even without added fragrance, the oil has a fairly strong scent. Those who enjoy fragrance may like it, but as someone who typically prefers unscented products, I find the aroma to be a bit heavy and overpowering. Since the carrier oils are similar, there isn't a huge difference compared to the unscented version, so I'm wondering if I should have just gone with that. Nonetheless, I've heard good things about the oil itself, so I'll continue using it consistently. The transparent cap is very difficult to open, requiring a cloth to grip it. It's much harder to open compared to the tea tree oil I bought from Walgreens, which is a bit disappointing. The Badger packaging is certainly more aesthetically pleasing, though.
TipMixing the face oil into my moisturizer makes it easy to adjust the amount without having to worry too much about the oil dosage. The pump dispenses a fairly generous amount, but you can control it by pumping gently. The oil doesn't blend in with the moisturizer as seamlessly as I expected. I had only used the tea tree oil before, which has a much thinner, water-like consistency that mixes easily into moisturizers. This Badger oil has a heavier, thicker texture. When using the oil alone, I didn't notice the texture, but once mixed into the moisturizer, it doesn't fully incorporate and leaves a slightly tacky feel. However, if I take the time to gently pat and press the mixture into my skin, it eventually blends in well, leaving a supple, smooth finish without any flakiness. My skin, especially around my nose where I have stubborn flakiness, has improved greatly since using this method. Even without the face oil, I find that thoroughly pressing moisturizers into the skin can help prevent buildup of dead skin. The balanced ratio of oleic and linoleic acids seems to be the key factor in reducing flakiness and improving skin texture.
