I've always wanted to try this item. Pros
Excellent exfoliation. Using it regularly helps with managing dead skin cells. I mainly focus on exfoliation and then apply a mask pack to nourish and soothe the skin simultaneously.
Cons
It can be irritating when my skin is sensitive. There are times when it stings a bit.

Pros
I used to have a lot of white sebum and flaky skin around my nose and nose area, but the sebum hasn't gone away, so I'm not sure if the effects are dramatic. But after using it, the tip of my nose feels a bit softer and the flaky skin doesn't seem to come back, so I'm using it well.
