 I'll just add this here, even though it's not a downside. In my case, I have combination skin. The T-zone is oily, but when I apply the cream all over my face, the next day my forehead and nose are shiny and oily, while my cheeks are great. I'm wondering if I should use a different cream just for the T-zone area.

 I've tried the Ceramidin, the red-capped MLE cream, and while those were good, this product was the most effective. I had a terrible breakout of acne a couple of years ago that left me with scars, and I still get the occasional breakout once a week. But after using this, I noticed my scars fading noticeably. It seems to have the ingredients my skin needed. I still get some blemishes, but when I apply the cream, they calm down by the next day.
The texture is thick and creamy, almost like melting ice cream. It seems like a great product for dry skin.

The red-capped cream is decent. The Ceramidin seems better, but it's so expensive...
