The instructions say to remove it after 30-40 minutes, and the cooling sensation lasts that entire time! 2. Gentle on skin? My skin is extremely sensitive so I can't use just anything, but this mask seems to cause very little irritation despite its strong cooling effect. 3. Quantity I bought the 500g size, and maybe because I don't use it too often... it's lasted me about a year. Like all modeling masks, it can be a hassle to remove if it gets on your clothes. The price is somewhat high for a modeling mask. I've been using it for years now ~ It really helps lower my skin temperature in the summer and keeps it moisturized, which I love! It can be a hassle, so I don't reach for it as often as I should. Beginners may find it difficult to apply at home while looking in the mirror.
