The instructions state that it should be worn for about an hour, but during my first use, I could only tolerate it for 15 minutes. On the second use, I wore it for 30 minutes, and on the third, I was able to wear it for an hour. The hot mask sheet is quite long and extends up to the sides of my face, which was a bit uncomfortable. I think consistent use will be necessary to see the effects.
