Pros
I have oily and acne-prone teenage skin, but I've never tried a moisturizer like this before😂 It has high moisture content and a cooling effect, so when I use it in the summer, my skin calms down really quickly!! It seems to have great ingredients for dry skin. There's no oil at all, and as soon as I apply it, my acne cools down and subsides ㄷㄷ This was a new brand for me, but I'd recommend it to anyone who struggles with a lot of summer acne!
Cons
The color is blue and it's a gel type, but it's very runny, so if you tilt it to the side or open the lid, it just flows out,, And the scent is... really divisive, you'll either love it or hate it. If you've ever smelled a hair bleaching product, this fragrance is just like that, and you'll probably really dislike it😰 I'd recommend smelling it first before purchasing.

It's pure moisture itself. It felt like applying a pure moisturizing cream without any oiliness, and the texture was refreshing and soft, which I really liked.

I bought this summer moisturizer from Costco for $24 for 2 without much thought, but it's so good! It leaves a slightly powdery finish and makes my skin feel smooth and supple. It's probably due to the dimethicone, but after applying it, I can feel my skin has absorbed the cream well. The scent is somewhat like shampoo, but it's not a bad one. It's subtle and pleasant! When I apply it before makeup, it makes my skin surface smoother, almost like a primer, so my makeup applies better. The usage feel is lighter than Kiehl's and not too oily, which I really like.

It's not bad, but the dimethicone content is a bit high. I was a bit surprised to see laureth in the ingredients, as it's commonly found in shampoos, but since it hasn't caused any issues, I just keep using it.

I'm using it as a day cream. My skin is a bit rough, sensitive, and oily, so I like products that absorb well and make my skin soft. I've used the Kiehl's gel cream before, but the Neutrogena one is much better.

It's moisturizing, but not too greasy and absorbs quickly later on. At first, there was a slight burning sensation when I used it, but that went away after using it for a while. It doesn't so much moisturize as it prevents dryness.

I really love it! Haha I used to have oily skin and was worried that I had too much oil coming out... Haha Since my skin was too dry, that's probably why I had so much oil. With this, my face has become much less oily. Now my skin feels soft and smooth. Out of all the creams I've used, this is the best one. Haha It's also very affordable.
Cons
The downside is... that it's not in a tube type, so I have to scoop it out with my hands.. ㅠㅠ I'll have to be really careful to use it cleanly.
Tip
This absorbs really quickly! Haha My skin drinks up the cream right away, so I apply it once more after absorbing it, and then it feels so moisturized. Haha
