While it has Andalou products' typical good absorption and initial moisturizing feel when applied, after absorption, it feels more oily than hydrating. The hydration power is weak, causing deep dryness, so you definitely need to apply a separate moisturizing cream.

The scent is a bit unique. While it feels rich, it has Andalou's signature beneficial ingredients, great absorption, and moisturizing effect. (However, it does have Andalou's characteristic deep dryness.) It's like scooping hardened whipped cream with your finger, so when you take the cream out, it feels unusual and might seem like it won't absorb well. But once you apply it, it spreads nicely and absorbs well!

After applying the cream, I add a drop of rosehip oil on top.

I'm not sure about the firming and lifting effects. Moreover, I started using it in late autumn, so I'm really feeling the dryness. Maybe it's because I'm not the type to layer my skincare products evenly with toner, essence, and emulsion... Functionally, there's a lot to be desired.
