The essence itself is too sticky. It's the stickiest one among the face masks I've tried. I wouldn't recommend it as a before-bed face mask because it's very oily, and the dust on the pillow will stick to your face.

The sheet mask is thick and has a lot of essence, so you can apply it up to your neck. The essence color is similar to brewed green tea, and it has a green tea-like fragrance. There is no irritation at all.
