I had a lot of acne, so I bought the set hoping it would help, but I've been using it for over a year and there hasn't been much improvement, so I'm going to try different products.

The product has a mild feel and there's not much tightness after cleansing.

If I do heavier makeup, this alone isn't enough. It would be great if they had a cleansing oil too.

My skin is sensitive, so it used to get really irritated during seasonal changes. But after switching to this product, it's improved a lot. I'm also using the matching lotion, and the basic skincare is really great.

When I used this for cleansing and air-dried without toweling, then applied the matching toner, I ended up with a glowing complexion

After washing and rinsing, there's a feeling that it's not completely cleansed, but that's just the nature of the mildly acidic product, so it can't be helped :(
