Since I have sensitive, seborrheic skin, using a scrub with granules can sometimes cause skin irritation and breakouts. But this product seems gentle and non-irritating. Especially during seasonal changes, I tend to get a lot of dead skin buildup, so I've been using this gently twice a week. I think the lemon ingredients may be why my complexion looks brighter and smoother after using it. However, because it's so gentle, using it just twice a week doesn't seem to provide the full benefits - I think using it more frequently, like 3-4 times a week, would be more effective.
