It has low oil content and is very moisturizing! The scent is also subtle and nice. The fragrance is truly a rose scent. I have dried rose buds at home, and the smell is exactly the same when I sniff them. It's a pump type, and when you pump it, the right amount comes out without too much coming out or spraying out, which is great! The cost-effectiveness is the best! No breakouts and no skin irritation.
Cons
There are three cautionary ingredients in the formula? But since I didn't have any breakouts, it wasn't an issue for me.
