I pump it once or twice into the dispenser, apply it to my face to dissolve makeup, then rinse thoroughly with water. As someone with super sensitive skin prone to blemishes, I'm impressed that this product's skin-friendly formula doesn't cause any irritation. I'm very satisfied with it. Due to its gentle nature, it's recommended to buy smaller quantities and use them up quickly rather than purchasing in bulk. I'm planning to buy another one as soon as I finish my current bottle!
There weren't any real downsides. If I had to mention something, it might be that you need to use it up quickly. But I'm happy to accept that given how gentle the ingredients are!
